Privacy notice

Who we are

The controller is RobustaDigital LTD. Contact for any privacy question, access or deletion request: privacy@getgrowthfactory.com.

What the chat collects

Your name and email (required to take part), and what you choose to add: phone number, what you want to use Growth Factory for, company, what the business does, team size and a note.
Where you came from: the UTM tags in the link you used (source, medium, campaign) and the host name of the page that referred you.
A random identifier made in your browser for this conversation. It lives in the page's memory only: no cookie, no local storage.

Answers are saved one by one as you give them, so if you stop halfway, what you already entered is kept. The chat is an automated form: no person reads along while you type.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard request logs (your IP address, approximate location, browser details and the page requested) for a short time, for security and debugging. We do not copy these logs into your early-access record or use them to identify you.

Why we use it

To contact you about early access to Growth Factory and to understand what people want to use it for. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your early-access request, and your consent for the optional details you choose to give. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

Who handles it

The page and the database run on Cloudflare (hosting, security and storage). Cloudflare may process data outside the UK and the EU under standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) that tells bots from people. The site itself sets no cookies, loads no analytics or advertising scripts, and makes no requests to other companies' servers. If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is kept in your browser's local storage on your device only; nothing is sent to us.

How long we keep it

While we handle your early-access request and for up to 12 months after our last contact, then we delete it. We delete it earlier if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to us contacting you, by writing to privacy@getgrowthfactory.com. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
